About Teel Beauty Wellness
It has always been my passion to learn and share information with others. One topic I am specifically inspired to share is one on health and wellness. Throughout the years I’ve incorporated a variety of dietary methods into my lifestyle to maintain optimum health and physical fitness. No matter the level of simplexity or extreme discipline it took to explore these methods. The most important thing I absorbed was the necessity to have balance.
OUR VISION
It’s commonly believed that in order to be what most consider "Healthy" you have to be either all in or all out And that's simply not true. From personal to cultural reasons, we all eat differently and with different lifestyles, our level of fitness is greatly influenced. An effective way to get started down the path of a balanced and healthy lifestyle is by adding nutritional supplements to your already existing diet paired with sustainable fitness routines.
OUR MISSION
I established the Wellness branch of TEEL Beauty to create a platform to connect with you through my yoga and meditation practices. As well as supply you with some of my highly recommended and naturally sourced supplements like sea vegetables and exotic teas.
